About Chef Eric James —
Eric James never planned on becoming a chef—he just loved cooking and sharing great food with people. After graduating at the top of his class from Le Cordon Bleu in Austin, Texas, he launched his career as a personal chef in 2012. Today, he calls Las Vegas home, offering custom meal prep, dinner parties, and small event catering throughout the city.
For Eric, food is all about connection—bringing people together to celebrate, reflect, or just enjoy the moment. Whether it’s a bachelor party, a company lunch, or dinner at home with close friends, he shows up with flavor, good energy, and zero judgment. However you like your food, his only goal is to make sure you leave happy.
Now focused on small event catering in Las Vegas, Eric continues to blend creativity and comfort in every menu. His career didn’t start with some big “a-ha” moment—it grew naturally through word of mouth and the trust of clients who valued the care he puts into every experience.
When he’s not in the kitchen, Eric’s most at home exploring new places, meeting new people, and chasing the next great meal. At the end of the day, he hopes to be known for more than just the food—he wants to be remembered for how he made people feel.
